Character creation for Cthulhu Dark

Just added the "Creating Your Punk" section for playing this with Cthulhu Dark. 

Basically, instead of Occupation like in the normal game, you have two things that can be tapped to claim use of the Occupation Die: your Punk Life and your Day Job. The sheet includes a historically accurate (roughly) table of random day jobs for 1970s punks.
